Hockley Health Club
Hockley Health Club is not only spacious but also friendly and a place that all will feel comfortable. The club is truly a club for all, no matter what your ability, size, weight, sport or age. The gym offers a full range of cardiovascular machines including concept 2 rowers, treadmills, bikes, steppers and x-trainers. The resistance machines offer full access to those exercising in wheelchairs and we have a large free weights area with a new squat rack and olympic bar. The gym instructors are always on hand to advise on your program, offer support and encouragement.
Changes Health and Fitness
Situated in the heart of Cramlington in Northumberland, Changes Fitness is now under new ownership and is better than ever. Boasting the best resistance machines in the area, staff on hand at all times and clean working equipment that you don't have to queue for! The largest area of the club is located on the first floor and can be accessed by the separate entrance for men or for the ladies via the changing rooms. This area is truly impressive and is a surprise to everyone when they first lay eyes on it. It has twenty two pieces of resistance kit which include the very impressive sports art machines which are ergonomically designed to work the muscles in the best way possible and include cable cross overs, smith machine, shoulder press, chest press etc. There are also four plate loaded resistance machines, a squat rack which can accommodate a free bench and Olympic bar exercises, and a very impressive free weights area that have dumbbells that range from 2 - 65kg to allow continued progression. Also located in the gym are eighteen cardio machines including the ever popular concept rowers, treadmills, bikes, steppers and cross trainers. There is also a ladies only fitness suite. This area has been designed to ensure a relaxed atmosphere to allow women of any fitness level to exercise and achieve their goals. Because ladies of various shapes and sizes are trying to achieve similar targets they provide encouragement and support.
Courtside Sports and Fitness
Courtside is a dual-use sports facility based on the Milton Keynes College Bletchley Campus, officially opened on March 3rd 2005 by Sir Bob Reid. Here they provide an enhanced education experience for Sports Science and Public Services students. The community and all other students have access outside of College timetabled hours. Courtside is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and actively welcomes all sections of the community. Apart from the health benefits that regular exercise promotes, users of this gym profit from a range of facilities and services, including: Top-of-the-range machines, Qualified gym instructors, a wide range of aerobic and resistance machines, free weights, an air-conditioned environment, a friendly and personal service and great value for money. They are also an associate member of the Institute of Sport and Recreational Management. Their experienced, knowledgeable staff are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) a governing body within the fitness industry and are on hand to offer advice should you need it. Your ePass can also be used for access to a class at this site instead of gym access, please ask at reception for more details and a class timetable. Equipment here includes a variety of Cardio machines including treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and a rower. They also have a range of fixed resistance machines focusing on both the upper and lower body, cable cross-over stations, and free weights dumbells and a selection of different barbells. They also have a dedicated core stability workout area.

Community Hall
The Community Hall Fitness Suite is a fabulous training facility based at the National Indoor Arena. They provide a friendly and relaxed fully equipped gym space designed to be welcoming and non-intimidating to all users. Equipment includes: Cross Trainers, Treadmills, Cardio Arc Trainer, Rower, Stepper, Bikes, Stretch and Core area, Dual Action Pulley, Smiths Machine, Free - Weights Area, Lat Pull Down, Bicep Curl Machine, Low Pulley, Chest Press, Dip and Chin Bar. After a strenuous work out take some time out to relax in our sauna. Not only is it a great way to relax the sauna has its benefits too; enhancing the recovery process, reduction of post exercise muscle soreness and removal of toxins and by-products leaving you feeling refreshed and feeling great! Please note: you must pre book sauna usage prior to your visit. An Extra 1 charge for this facility will apply. We also offer an array of sporting activities in our sports hall, for further details please speak directly to their reception staff.
The Gym

This site is very spacious with a full range of exercise equipment from treadmills, rowers, bikes and cross trainers to resistance machines and plenty of weights. Watch the large flat screen television whilst doing your cardio exercise and music is always playing to help you get into it! The gym sells nutrition supplements which can also be viewed online via The Gym shop link, offering the very best supplements and drinks at the best prices. Full changing facilities with lockers, showers etc are available for both male and female. A fast tanning stand up sunbed with the option of paying per session or a book of 10 for the price of 8 is also available. You can also benefit from plenty of free parking on offer for gym users.
Peak Fitness Dagenham
Peak Fitness is a hidden gem just off Heathway in the heart of Dagenham. Owned and Managed by Ricki Sage, this gym has something for everyone. The gym is spread comfortably across this single story building meaning all rooms are bright and naturally lit and there is plenty of room around each station. To the left hand side you'll find the weight training area. A large selection of machines coupled with a substantial free weight offering will leave you with no excuses if hard training is on the menu. Towards the other end of the gym is the CV area. A high number of treadmills, exercise bikes and rowers mean that the chances of queuing for a machine are minimal. There is also a large reception area with seating for you to relax and enjoy the refreshments that are on offer. You can purchase protein shakes and supplements here and training advice is always on hand if you needs some hints and tips. A few minutes walk from Dagenham Heathway (District Line) and with a free customer car park right outside, this is an easily accessible site that's definitely worth a visit.
Danbury Sports and Social Centre
Lifestyle Fitness Danbury at the Danbury Sports and Social Centre is right in the heart of Danbury, just a short drive from Chelmsford. The site has ample free parking for customer use and is surrounded by lovely open countryside. Why not go for a country walk after your work out, the perfect way to wind-down! The gym boasts the latest Life Fitness resistance and cardio-vascular equipment. This includes 5 upright bikes, 2 recumbent bikes, 6 Cross-Trainers, 3 Steppers, 6 Treadmills, 2 Concept II rowers, free weights and approx 10 resistance machines. This state of the art gym equipment allows you to enjoy your workout at any level and achieve the results you are looking for. Exercise should be fun and rewarding. Their trained coaches Arthur, Steve, Paul and Rachel are on hand to offer you advice and support. There are several supervised gym sessions where these coaches are available to assist you.
