The hall is equipped with à last generation power and cardio-devices from OXIDE - NEWFORMA ITALY, world leader in manufacturing of fitness equipment. Every device has an electronic management system, which helps achieving maximum degree of strain, depending on the aim which is given. In front of every cardio-device (treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers and cross trainers) is placed a personal television monitor, which gives to every client the opportunity to choose alone the program which he prefers, without taking in consideration the wills of the others.
The fitness hall is spàcious with big window displays, futhermore one of the walls is a wall of an aquarium, which presents can carry you in front of a real natural painting.
The temperature in the fitness hall is maintained by professional ventilation and air-conditioning installation.
In the fitness hall of Mladost Fitness Center, you don't train alone, but with highly skilled instructors, which make a personal training program for every client, according to his individual characteristics, the objects and the time he has. Depending on the frequency of the visits in the halls, the instructors divide the muscle groups in different combinations by days, taking into consideration the requirements of the client, the problem areas and some other criteria. For a training with an instructor is not needed an extra pay, the price is the same. On every visit, you can count on competent answers for all the questions, connected with the correct training regime, feeding, rehabilitation and etc.
The business hours of the fitness hall are:
Monday - Friday : from 07:00 to 23:00
Saturday and Sunday : form 09:00 to 23:00
