Determinant factors for that, exactly at which style you will stop your attention, are the previous preparation, the health condition, the age, the temper and this what kind of result you would want to obtain. Do not start with styles that are not by your strength, because this will demobilize you, and you will quit very fast.

This style presents continuous climbing and descending from platform with 20-25 centimeters of height. Its incredible popularity is due to the fact, that the music is not very fast and the straining is highest in the aria of the hips and the thighs - the places which more often need correction.
In this style are used interesting and entertaining choreographies and exercises for strength and abdominal musculature. Interval training "learns" the body how to work when the intensity is
higher, for longer period of time, without getting tired and represents alternation of high intensive and low intensive intervals. The highly intensive intervals, require higher pressure of the energetic systems, and can not be executed for more than one short moment, because they lead to exhaustion. That's why, after every highly intensive interval follows an interval with a lower intensity, to permit to the body to recover. The highly intensive intervals are challenge for the physics and physiology, because of this, that kind of training is designed mostly for people who are already in good shape, and want to continue to improve their level. It's not recommended to the older people with a low fitness level, to the beginners and also to the people with diseases of the heart-vessel system.

Dear clients, from 01 June 2004 in the aerobic halls of sports complex Mladost will be conducted two new, specialized courses: gymnastics for pregnant women and anti stress gymnastics. They will be conducted from doctor Ipokratis Papadimitrakos.
The purpose of these exercises is to help the normal passing of the pregnancy, to protect from complications and to prepare the pregnant woman for normal parturition.
!Obligatory condition is the first three months of the pregnancy to be past.
The purpose of the anti stress gymnastics is normalization of the central nerve system tonicity, normalization of the vegetative nerve system functions, training of the psychic and physical resilience.
The physical strain is determined in consideration with the physical development and the condition of the heart-vessel system.
In outline: The stress provokes the following vicious circle:
Brain-I-Reaction-II-Organ-III-Reaction-IV-Brain
As a main task appears, the interruption of this vicious circle. The best will be if this happens in the first phase. Using the physical strain as a strengthening and stimulant factor, creating modest sense of tiredness and subsequent subjection to a seance of autogenous training, as a relaxing factor, we stimulate and train exactly these processes in the human body, which allows to it to pass, from the one condition- agitation to the other - relaxation.
Except this with special exercises we try to influence in positive way the leading symptoms and complaints caused by the stress. By these criteria we also make the choice of the exercises.
