Saunas

Mladost Fitness Center has two saunas:

1. The first one is mixed - with ten places, dry sauna, made from a special curative tree. The stay in the sauna is not limited by time and the price includes aromatherapy, depending on the client's preferences, it may be for relaxation, strengthening or refreshment. Near the sauna there is a cozy nook adapted for repose, where you are surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere - candles, tender music and variety of cocktails.

2. The second one is women's dry sauna - for ladies, who prefer to relax without the company of men. The stay in it is not limited by time too. Aromatherapy is offered in different combinations, depending on client's preferences. Near by there is a cozy nook for break and relaxation.

The price for the sauna is 5.00lv. The visit in it can be combined with some of the other services, offered by the complex:

  • Sauna + fitness - 11.00lv.;
  • Aerobics + sauna - 7.00lv.;

It's not necessary for you to make a reservation for a visit in the saunas. They will reach the temperature that you desire for time not longer than 10 minutes.
